The staff were friendly and helpful and advised us how to navigate the road closures. In the dark we had found the hotel very difficult to locate but managed to get help from the receptionist on the phone. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The shower was nice and powerful.

The spacious room, and it was clean. The receptionist was extremely nice and helpful, even offered our dog some biscuits! The hotel made sure we had a suitable room for a disabled person which we were very grateful for. Would definitely stay again. We liked the close proximity to the Costa and Mcdonalds snacks adjoining the hotel. And the free parking was a bonus. A great wee site for the dogs too.

The receptionist, Eraine (sp) or Eryne, was so welcoming and checked me in without any difficulty. The internet connection was satisfactory. Elaine assisted me in avoiding M6 Tall by using a back road. Ask at the reception back road which takes you to an industrial estate i think the road is called Elaine Lane As well, the cleaners were very friendly and accommodating. I liked how very helpful the lady on reception was she helped us so much with everything that we needed especially for me getting on my laptop for my very important national prayer meeting on zoom. And supplying my husband with the extra tea he needed due to his medical needs. The air conditioning was such a blessing after the heat

A great and comfortable room that served our requirements. Superb location for us to visit family nearby. Loved that it had the services and amenities attached here offering a variety of food places. Would definitely stay again.

Location was great and very easy to access even when not using the toll road. The lady on reception was very nice and also gave my dog some dog treats. She was very welcoming. I also liked that it had direct access into the main services building without having to go outside.

The room was clean, and comfortable and I got a good nights sleep. It was nice to get a warm welcome on arrival. Booking was simple and straight forward. I travelled alone and felt safe at Days Inn, with no worries or concerns. Shower was nice and hot, plenty of towels provided. Heater in bedroom quickly warmed the room on a cold evening.

We have children with additional needs who can be noisy. We were placed at the furthest end of the corridor which really suited us. We were able to bring food into the seating area in reception. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

We arrived at Norton Canes at 1030 p.m.and were welcomed by the very efficient team on the reception desk. Our room was absolutely spotless as were the corridors leading to it. The latter is something your rival competitors could learn from. Check out the following morning was also quick and easy. Norton Canes is a good spot to break our journey to the North and we will do so again on a future visit.

MYy request for a disabled room was met efficiently. The room was functional and well appointed. My adult children, who were shuttling me down to Surrey but not staying over, were impressed with the quality of accommodation for the price I had paid.
